Job summary

Invited is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant to promote golf and club offerings while delivering exceptional member and guest service. You will assist with merchandise selections, maintain an organized shop, and provide information on club services and events.

You will also support inventory management, process transactions, and collaborate with pro shop and golf operations staff to ensure a high standard of service across daily activities and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, etiquette, and operations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, process charges at the register, and check in players.
• Follow cash handling procedures and meet standards.
• Assist with tee-time bookings in person or by phone and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a neat, organized pro shop and manage inventory.
• Support course operations and coordinate with golf staff as needed.
• Complete end-of-day tasks and reporting per club guidelines.
