Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and enhance member experiences at our club. You will assist customers with merchandise, process transactions, and help with tee-time bookings while maintaining a welcoming shop environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, coordinating with pro-shop staff, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. This position requires professional demeanor and basic cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain shop presentation and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and guests, process sales at the register, and check in players.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing pro shop and display merchandise.
• Assist with tee-time bookings and inquiries from members and guests.
• Handle cash and follow cash-handling procedures accurately.
• Support inventory management, restock merchandise, and communicate with golf operations.
