Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to join our hospitality and service team at the club. You will welcome members, assist with merchandise, process transactions, and check in players.

You will help manage tee-times, support inventory, and coordinate with pro-shop staff to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and a team-focused attitude; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Promote golf and club offerings while delivering exceptional service.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections and check out at the register.
• Check players in and manage tee-time bookings.
• Maintain organized golf shop displays and inventory.
• Support course operations and coordinate with staff.
• End-of-day closeout and reporting adherence.
• Restock merchandise and keep shop tidy.
• Provide support to Head Golf Professional and managers.
