Job summary

Invited is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will assist with merchandise, manage the pro-shop display, and support inventory control while collaborating with the pro-shop team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with members and guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to presentation of shop inventory.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and accurately process charges at the register.
• Check in players before rounds and manage tee-time bookings.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and uphold shop standards.
• Assist with member/guest inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Oversee inventory and organize displays; process returns and credits.
• Coordinate with golf operations and pro-shop staff to ensure smooth service.
• Complete end-of-day tasks and reports per club guidelines.
• Keep work areas tidy and restock merchandise as needed.
• Support Head Golf Professional and managers on projects and events.
