Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Front-End—Cashier Area and Club Desk—handling returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while keeping the area clean and organized.

You will answer product questions, provide store information, and help drive sales by delivering world-class service and promoting current offers, all while processing payments securely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service.
• Greet Customers in Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain Front-End merchandise presence and clean, organized area.
• Handle cash, card payments, and gift cards securely per SOP.
• Provide product information and direct customers to the right team.
