PGA TOUR Superstore in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Front-End, process transactions, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, while helping maintain a clean, organized checkout area.

You will drive sales through world-class service, answer product questions, stay updated on promotions, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
• Organized with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service in the Front-End areas.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Assist in keeping Front-End areas merchandised and presentable.
• Handle payments securely and in line with SOPs.
• Answer product questions and direct customers to store areas or staff as needed.
