Job summary

Five Iron Golf Indianapolis LLC is looking for a Golf Experience Associate to guide guests through a premier golf and entertainment experience. You’ll host guests from check-in to check-out, gamify the experience, and help guests explore leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.

Join a fast-paced team, share knowledge of our simulator technology, and keep the facility clean while delivering outstanding service. Some golf or hospitality experience is encouraged, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf, sales, or hospitality encouraged but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods.
• Proficient oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun golf experience from check in to check out.
• Gamify the experience for energy and engagement.
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf.
• Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and highlight offerings.
• Connect guests with leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and business lines.
• Maintain a clean and presentable facility.
