• Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology and offerings.
• Know products and services; confidently sell and cross-sell.
• Maintain a clean and presentable facility.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food and alcohol handling.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age; assist with closing duties.
