DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking enthusiastic store teammates to greet customers, understand their needs and help them shop confidently. You will uphold merchandising standards, assist with price changes and replenishment, and promote our loyalty programs to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and pricing changes.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
