Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Norwalk, CT is seeking a store leadership role to help build a strong team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will supervise teammates, participate in interviews, and support daily operations with a people-first culture.

You will open/close the store, handle Front End and Cash Office tasks, and ensure compliance for firearms sales where allowed. Uphold merchandising standards and train associates to execute plans and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights with ladder or lift.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with supervision and operation.
• Open and close the store and manage Front End and Cash Office tasks.
• Process firearms sales in compliance with state and federal regulations where applicable.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards and execute floor sets.
• Coach and develop teammates; onboard and cross-train staff.
