DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to provide exceptional customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and high standards of presentation. You will greet shoppers, maintain merchandising, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring safety and confidentiality across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote programs (loyalty participation, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
