DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Key Carrying Lead to act as the in-store expert for their department, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning daily tasks with store goals.

Responsibilities include team development, adherence to brand standards, and facilitating daily operations, including opening/closing the store and supporting safety and loss prevention programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Reliable availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and tours.
• Leads by example to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Upholds brand standards and loss prevention practices.
