Job summary

Boar's Head Resort is seeking a golf operations assistant to support daily golf activities and guest relations. You will work with outside staff to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include starting golfer rounds, preparing and stocking carts, coordinating with the Pro Shop, and maintaining a high standard of service under pressure in a busy golf environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the commencement of golfer rounds by providing information on course conditions and cart rules.
• Assemble cart fleet in staging area each day, ensuring carts are stocked and clean.
• Coordinate with Pro Shop for duties based on day’s business level, practice range, and events.
• Prepare workstation for shift: Bag drop, Starter, Cart attendant or Range attendant, and begin daily duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude and set a high standard of service.
