Job summary

Grand National Golf Course seeks a guest-focused associate to support front desk and retail functions within the clubhouse. You will assist guests with reservations and check-in, maintain a well-stocked retail area, and provide detailed information on golf packages and club facilities.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure top-tier guest service, uphold health and safety standards, and help manage tee times and range operations as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent Guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reception, retail, and Guest restroom area of the clubhouse.
• Assist Guests with reservations and check-in process in a courteous and polite manner.
• Maintain a fully stocked retail inventory to ensure a high level of Guest service.
• Work with other departments to ensure a high level of Guest service.
• Provide accurate descriptions of golf packages, services, facility features, hours of operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe beverage cart in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with tee times and range operations.
• Meet and greet Guests and monitor play per standard playtime allowances.
