Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at the club, assist Pro Shop activities, and promote golf programs to enhance the member and guest experience.

This role emphasizes proactive staff training, merchandising, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities to participate in tournaments and events, while upholding club standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification preferred (minimum associate level).
• Experience in golf operations or pro shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs.
• Support the cleanliness and organization of outside areas, ranges and cart storage.
• Coordinate, promote and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities.
• Guide staff on customer service, tee time management and guest fee processing.
• Maintain operational standards for staging areas, range setup and carts.
• Promote golf clinics and private lessons for all member levels.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning and stock control.
