Job summary

Invited is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations at our club and enhance the member and guest experience. This role assists in Pro Shop activities, staff training, and coordinating golf-related services in line with company standards.

You'll promote the game of golf, manage tee times, and help run tournaments while upholding club policies and exceptional service. A focus on customer care and teamwork will drive member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification at least associate level preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members through events and promotions of golf programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside areas and practice facilities.
• Coordinate and manage tournaments and golf-related events.
• Assist in the handicap program, pro-shop operations, and tee time management.
• Guide staff on customer service excellence and guest fee processing.
