Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one as required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, sanitation, and safety.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain quality.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality expectations.
• Set up and stock food preparation stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients for service.
• Monitor food quality, taste, appearance, and temperature during prep and service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and kitchen.
• Follow all recipes, procedures, and health department regulations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house team members.
