• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one, as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook items per recipes, portions, and quality goals.
• Set up and stock prep stations with ingredients.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces for service.
• Grill, sauté, roast, fry, bake using approved methods.
• Plate and garnish to meet presentation standards.
• Monitor quality, taste, appearance, and temperature.
• Label, date, rotate, and store foods per FIFO.
• Monitor inventory and flag shortages or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized workstation.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving, storing deliveries.
• Support kitchen ops and collaborate with teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
