Job summary

Formic Technologies is seeking a Head of Marketing to build, optimize, and lead a scalable engine for creating demand and qualified pipeline. You will own how Formic shows up in the market, identify manufacturers, and convert engagement into high-quality opportunities for Sales.

This role spans Marketing, lead generation, Sales Development, and GTM Engineering, with a focus on measurable impact and repeatable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and leading marketing in high-growth B2B companies.
• Experience scaling marketing and pipeline-generation systems with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of funnel economics, segmentation, attribution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to develop differentiated positioning for complex products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Own Formic's marketing strategy and market presence, with differentiated messaging.
• Lead demand and pipeline generation across channels, including SDR/outbound and events.
• Build and evolve GTM engineering, data, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve outreach.
• Own funnel definitions, ownership, routing, and alignment with Sales and RevOps.
• Establish clear performance metrics and a disciplined operating cadence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, accountable marketing team.
