Job summary

Formic is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and optimize a scalable demand-generation engine. You will own how Formic shows up in the market, drive qualified pipeline for Sales, and lead GTM Engineering and the marketing tech stack.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role spanning strategy, execution, and analytics. You will set priorities, measure outcomes, and scale successful experiments while coaching a growing team to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading Marketing, Growth, Demand Generation, or similar broad functions in high-growth B2B companies.
• Ability to create and scale a marketing engine tied to revenue.
• Strong understanding of funnel economics and attribution.
