Job summary

Slalom, a global data and AI consulting leader, seeks a senior leader to drive Data & AI sales in the Greater New York area within Financial Services. You will shape offerings, engage executives, and build renewals and new opportunities across banking, capital markets, insurance, and asset management.

You will partner with Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms to translate platforms into business value, lead AI-driven initiatives, and deliver measurable revenue impact for clients and Slalom.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting leadership, with focus on Data/Analytics/AI.
• 5+ years engaging Financial Services clients (banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management).
• Proven track record of creating and closing net-new opportunities.
• Ability to engage C-suite and drive solution-oriented sales.
• 7–10 years leading technical pursuits, with account-growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and SOWs to drive growth.
• Lead FS-focused data/AI solution discussions and translate capability into business value.
• Grow DS/AI pipeline and revenue in Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Asset Management.
• Shape offerings and mobilize Slalom capabilities to close work.
• Engage clients and executives to deliver customer-centric solutions.
