Job summary

Slalom seeks a Go-to-Market Data Director for the Pacific Southwest based in Los Angeles. You will lead data and AI sales, shape local execution of a national vision, and partner with clients and technology vendors to accelerate growth.

The role requires strong leadership, deep data architecture expertise, and a track record in financial services. On-site in LA/Orange County with occasional travel is expected, supporting a dynamic client-focused environment.

Qualifications

15+ years in consulting leadership, with 5+ years in data architecture and cloud solutions.
Strong data modeling, data pipeline development, and CI/CD experience; AI/GenAI/ML proficiency a plus.
Financial services experience (banking, insurance, etc.).
Proven ability to lead technical pursuits with sales and consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of data and AI offerings in the Financial Services sector.
Lead national vision and translate it into local execution; collaborate with partners and clients.
Identify opportunities, drive sales and revenue growth, and elevate go-to-market presence.
Speak at external events and lead data/AI thought leadership initiatives.
Oversee architectural delivery across data warehouses, data lakes, and ML platforms.
