Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Managing Director for Data Engineering & AI to lead growth, shape strategy, and drive transformations across enterprise data platforms and AI adoption. You will partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.

This role blends business development, executive consulting, and technical leadership, with a focus on building high-performing teams and expanding Slalom's market leadership in data engineering and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation.
• Proven success growing consulting practices, portfolios, or strategic accounts.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading large-scale transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead pursuits, develop pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
• Track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by expanding executive relationships and pipeline.
• Lead data and AI transformation engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise data architectures and platforms.
