Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal Databricks Partner Solution Lead to shape high-impact data and AI pursuits. You will bridge Slalom’s Databricks practice with regional sales, industry leaders, and partner teams, guiding architecture, strategy, and hands-on direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, data analytics, AI, or cloud engineering
• 5+ years designing and delivering modern data platforms in cloud environments
• 3+ years leading technical presales, solutioning, or pursuit processes
• Familiarity with GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, ML/LLMOps, model serving, and governed AI patterns
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data services
• Ability to translate technical topics into business value for executives and delivery teams
• Background in data modeling, data pipeline development, DevOps, CI/CD, migration, and production ops
• Track record of growing client relationships and collaborating with partner field teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Databricks solution strategy with sales, industry, and Databricks teams
• Architect modern data and AI platforms across data engineering, lakehouse, analytics, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI workloads
• Advise clients on Databricks capabilities including Unity Catalog, Lakeflow, Delta Lake, Iceberg interoperability, Databricks SQL, AI/BI, Mosaic AI, Agent Bricks, Model Serving, and Vector Search
• Develop TCO, ROI, modernization, migration, and platform adoption narratives for business impact
• Drive partner-led growth with Databricks field and Slalom market teams across priority industries
• Create repeatable offerings, demos, reference architectures, accelerators, and sales plays
• Provide technical oversight during pursuit-to-delivery transitions to ensure secure, well-scoped solutions
