Slalom is seeking a seasoned leader in Data & AI for the Greater New York market, driving growth in Financial Services with a focus on data, analytics, and AI solutions. You will translate complex platform capabilities into strategic value for C-suite clients, shaping offerings and closing opportunities while leading teams across 52 offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting leadership.
• 5+ years dealing with Financial Services clients (banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management).
• Proven track record of creating and closing net-new opportunities.
• Technical depth to engage with bank executives and drive sales.
• 7–10 years leading technical pursuits in solutioning, commercial strategy, and account growth.
• Strong history of expanding existing client relationships and new accounts.
• Deep understanding of FSI data challenges: Basel III/IV, CCAR, DFAST, risk data aggregation, client 360.
• Familiarity with enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time data platforms.
• Understanding regulatory/compliance requirements shaping data platform design.
• Databricks Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Mosaic AI knowledge.
• Snowflake Data Cloud, Cortex AI, data sharing/clean rooms.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Modern data stack: dbt, Airflow/Prefect, Kafka/Spark, BI tools.

• Develop proposals, presentations, and SOWs to drive growth.
• Lead discovery and solution design conversations with Financial Services clients.
• Build and grow Slalom's Data & AI pipeline and revenue in FS sectors.
• Shape ideas into sellable offerings and close work—turn market insight into revenue.
• Engage with clients to drive customer-focused data/AI solutions for executives.
• Speak credibly about data/AI platforms to connect tech capabilities with business value.
• Represent Slalom at FS forums, roundtables, and partner events.
