Job summary

Choice Digital is seeking a Program Operations Manager to own the implementation and delivery of new client programs. You’ll translate client requirements into configurations and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to ensure timely launches.

In this role you’ll drive QA, testing, and go-live readiness, manage priorities and risks, and engage with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable payment programs. Hybrid Colorado position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program operations, software implementation, or related fields.
• Experience managing client implementations or complex cross-functional projects from requirements through launch.
• Strong project management skills to establish timelines, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own setup and configuration of new client programs within the Choice Digital platform.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and go-live readiness for client programs.
• Lead cross-functional implementation meetings and manage dependencies and timelines.
