Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a results-driven program manager to own cross-lever go-live readiness and complex initiatives requiring heavy analytics and stakeholder coordination. You’ll produce decision-ready go/no-go packs, track dependencies, and ensure data and operational readiness align with our brand-led, digitization, and supply efficiency priorities.

You’ll lead people, set direction, and coordinate across units to deliver changes with minimal disruption to operators.

Qualifications

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Related Management Experience: 5 years
• Related Functional Experience: 5 years

Responsibilities

• Own go-live readiness and critical initiatives with heavy analytics and stakeholder coordination.
• Produce decision-ready go/no-go packs and track dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to close items and maintain a weekly closure list.
• Interface with governance and maintain cross-lever dependency maps to secure go-live.
