Job summary

PayMitto is seeking an Implementations Manager to own onboarding and go-live for FI clients, coordinating across engineering, compliance, and client success. You will manage implementation projects from contract to production launch, balancing meetings, internal standups, and hands-on problem solving with vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in fintech/payments.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with engineering on technical issues, even without coding background.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially for updates and delay notices.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of FI client implementations with distinct timelines and stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing implementation meetings and manage go-live timelines.
• Translate client requirements into configuration and testing plans across data audits and compliance.
• Identify whether delays are config, platform, or vendor issues and route accordingly.
• Draft clear client communications and maintain project documentation and playbooks.
