Flai is hiring an Implementation Manager to guide dealership launches from signed to live. You’ll travel to dealerships, connect Flai to DMS, configure AI per service dept, and train advisors, techs, and BDC teams on launch day. You’ll shape rollout playbooks and drive adoption across hundreds of rooftops with the founding team.

You’ll own timelines, integrations, and post-launch handoffs, while feeding product insights back to the team to improve future deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years launching software in dealerships, ideally service-side.
• Knowledge of service department processes from appointment to the RO.
• Willing to travel more than 50% across the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Own launches end-to-end from kickoff to hand-off.
• Be on-site for go-lives, training and post-launch tune-ups.
• Coordinate DMS integrations and data mapping with engineering.
• Configure Flai per store hours, menus and routing rules.
• Train service advisors, BDC agents and managers.
• Hit launch metrics and drive adoption in stores.
• Hand off healthy live accounts to Customer Success.
• Scale rollouts across dealer groups and OEM programs.
• Follow Flai’s implementation process and improve it.
• Provide product feedback from dealerships to the team.
