Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Government Network Operations Center (GNOC) Tier II Incident Management Technician to support customer LAN/WAN operations, incident troubleshooting, and configuration management. The role emphasizes incident handling in ServiceNow, use of Microfocus and Riverbed tools, and OSI-layer troubleshooting.

Applicants should have extensive network experience, Cisco/Juniper hardware familiarity, and the ability to work day shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with active polygraph clearance.
• Requires extensive experience in network operations and incident management.
• Knowledge of OSI model layers 1–3 and hands-on routing/switching.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incident tickets in ServiceNow.
• Maintain LAN/WAN devices and configurations.
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN and validate topology drawings.
