RTX is hiring for a Systems Engineer II - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer in Tucson, AZ. You will help design, implement, and integrate embedded software algorithms for missile systems, working within an integrated product team on tactical flight software and simulations.

The role requires a degree in an engineering discipline and 2+ years of related experience, with proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C, and C++. U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C, C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded missile flight code.
• Conduct system level performance studies and analyses.
• Lead backlog planning within an agile framework.
• Mentor engineers and improve team efficiency.
• Support missile performance analysis including Monte Carlo assessments.
