Job summary

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring for a Systems Engineer II - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer in Tucson, AZ. You will help evaluate, design, implement, and integrate embedded software algorithms and flight software with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in an Agile environment on backlogs and metrics, contribute to system performance analyses, and support missile programs. U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• GNC, Signal Processing, or Modeling/Simulation experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C, C++, and OO programming.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded missile flight code.
• Lead system-level performance studies and analyses.
• Work in an Agile framework to manage backlogs and plans.
• Support missile performance analysis and Monte Carlo assessments.
