Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Systems Engineer – Guidance, Navigation, and Control to support missile programs. You will evaluate, design, implement, and integrate embedded software algorithms and collaborate on six-degree-of-freedom simulations for flight testing.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in a STEM field, and experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and Linux; knowledge of GNC, CFD, Kalman filtering, and sensors is preferred. Onsite work and clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or Object-Oriented design and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with GNC systems, modeling & simulation, control systems, dynamics, or navigation sensors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on six-degree-of-freedom simulations and flight testing.
• Contribute to system performance evaluation and optimization.
