Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Systems Engineer (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) to help evaluate, design, implement, and integrate embedded software algorithms for missile programs. You will work with a team on CFD, aerodynamics, and six-DoF simulations to meet mission objectives.

The role requires a Master’s degree and experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and Linux, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Onsite in Tucson with relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree must be obtained by start date.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or OO design and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in GNC systems, modeling & simulation, and CFD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, implement and integrate embedded software algorithms for missile programs.
• Collaborate within an integrated product team on tactical embedded software and simulations.
• Support system-level and subsystem testing to meet mission objectives.
