Job summary

Golden Route Operations, LLC seeks a Full Time Gaming IT Technician to program and install gaming management systems (GMS) and related equipment. You will oversee installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of slot machines and gaming devices, following safety policies and Title 31 compliance.

The role requires desk-side and field support, strong network experience, Windows proficiency, and the ability to travel to route locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with networks.
• Basic computer knowledge in MS Windows and Office.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, location owners/managers and Supervisors.
• Must be able to travel – work various hours and travel outside of the city.

Responsibilities

• Providing help desk support for GMS systems and IT related issues.
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance for development projects.
• Oversee technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Repair and maintain gaming management systems and equipment.
• Inventory control.
• Install the GMS and associated equipment and cabling.
• Build, install, program and configure gaming devices of all types and associated equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all gaming equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine game functionality.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
