The Casino Service Technician at VALICY installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) at casino locations, delivering excellent customer support. This field-based role requires up to 75% travel and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required gaming licenses.
  • 1+ year of electronic equipment repair/troubleshooting experience or relevant certification.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic electrical and networking knowledge.
  • Ability to safely use hand/power tools and maneuver equipment up to 400 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight and out-of-state travel.

SUMMARY:

Field-based role requiring frequent travel by car or plane to casino locations. Overnight and weekend travel may be required based on business needs.
