Job summary

Golden Route Operations, LLC is seeking a technician to program, install, and maintain gaming management systems and related equipment in the Las Vegas area. The role requires installing devices, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with gaming laws while delivering excellent guest service.

The candidate should have experience with network devices, basic Windows/Office skills, and be willing to travel to route locations, including weekends.

Qualifications

Experience with network devices.
Experience with similar job duties preferred.
Basic computer knowledge with MS Windows and Office.
Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, and managers.

Responsibilities

Provide support for gaming management systems and IT issues.
Repair and maintain gaming management systems and equipment.
Inventory control and paperwork related to repairs.
Install gaming devices and cabling and program configurations.
Travel to route locations and comply with driving policies.
Perform preventative maintenance on gaming equipment.
Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
