Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and policies.
• Ability to work independently and travel on route.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Occupational English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team member performance.
• Ensure staff are trained on all equipment.
• Communicate tasks and safety procedures.
• Review route for efficiency and prevent losses.
• Assist Training Manager in planning and coordinating team.
• Investigate overages/shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
