Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic gaming devices at customer sites. You will move and install products, perform preventive maintenance on EGMs and related systems, and manage parts inventory.

Proficiency with ServiceMax/Zinc and safety training is required. The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on electronics experience, a valid driver’s license, and a gaming card or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience assembling, testing, or troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/military training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utility products.
• Keep and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand L&W gaming products and operations.
• Use ServiceMax and Zinc to manage customer tickets and parts.
• Apply safety training and wear PPE.
• Use hand tools for assembly and repair.
• Support other Creators on utilities/EGM products.
• Other duties as assigned.
