Job summary

Nice Recovery Systems is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage inbound/outbound materials in a regulated medical device facility in Boulder, CO. You will verify items, label and store them, and support production with timely material delivery.

Responsibilities include using ERP systems for picking and issuing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting in packing, shipping, and kitting. Knowledge of GMP and traceability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify against packing slips and POs.
• Label and store materials with lot traceability.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials using ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Assist in kitting components for work orders.
• Operate material handling equipment if certified.
• Pick, pack and ship finished goods to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment for on-time delivery.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and mislabeling issues.
• Maintain 6S/LEAN/GMP compliant workspace.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Procurement.
