Job summary

Genezen is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Coordinator at our Indiana location to receive, process, and account for raw materials supporting GMP operations. Responsibilities include unloading/loading, storage, and shipping to customer orders, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and timely material availability.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year in cGMP environments, forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Associate degree preferred.
1 year of experience with cGMP.
2+ years of Shipping/Receiving in a cGMP environment.
Prior experience with ERP software preferred.
Prior pharmaceutical or food manufacturing/processing experience.
1 year of stand-up forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cGMP standards for raw materials, finished product, and equipment.
Enter and process material requests in the system.
Track POs, confirmations, delivery dates, and shipment updates.
Manage inventory levels weekly using planning tools.
Assist with verifying PO pricing, quantities, and lead times.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or delays.
Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Receive materials and store in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, stage, and issue materials to support production.
Process inventory movements and transfers in the system.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
