Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies, part of the LGC Group, seeks a Material Handling Technician I to support material flow, inventory control, and waste management at our Petaluma site. You will operate within a GMP/ISO framework, coordinating with EHS, Facilities, and Production teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, data entry in ERP/MES systems, and ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials, with a typical Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory management experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; FMP and/or IFS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support compliant hazardous/non-hazardous waste operations and logs.
• Maintain inventory records and cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and manage material flow.
• Assist with GMP/ISO 13485 adherence in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to EH&S guidelines.
• Utilize ERP/MES systems for warehouse management and reporting.
