Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec Auburn facility is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a regulated environment. You will handle materials, label, store, stage, and ship goods while following cGMP and GDP guidelines to ensure product quality and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include operating PITs, performing ERP/SAP transactions, receiving and inspecting materials, labeling, picking, packing, shipping, and contributing to inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1+ year experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and basic operating experience with ERP/RF tools.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs such as electric pallet jacks and turret trucks.
• Perform ERP/SAP transactions and RF system data entry.
• Support receiving, inspecting materials, and data verification in ERP.
• Label, stage, and store materials, including cold storage, per cGMP/GDP.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders, including hazardous materials.
• Fulfill reservations to support CDMO operations.
• Transport materials across site with compliance to cGMP and safety.
• Conduct daily/weekly inventory cycle counts for accuracy.
• Deliver materials to production/quality with proper documentation.
• Follow SOPs, GDP, cGMP in all tasks.
• Use shipping software to prepare outbound shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; comply with PPE safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
