Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec in Auburn, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a regulated cGMP environment. You will help with receiving, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with GDP and safety protocols.

The role requires operating PITs, using SAP and RF systems, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. A High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in a regulated setting are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years in a regulated cGMP material management environment with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments (2-8 C and -20 C).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and perform basic warehouse transactions in SAP and RF systems.
• Support receiving, inspecting, labeling, staging, storing, and shipping of materials including hazardous/biological materials in compliance with cGMP and GDP.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Deliver materials to internal teams with proper documentation and ensure SOPs and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and general warehouse duties as assigned.
