Aequor is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage GMP records for all materials and products at the San Diego RLT warehouse. You will ensure proper labeling and timely handoff to couriers in alignment with local procedures.

Responsibilities include data entry for GXP and ERP, inventory reconciliation, and coordination of shipping, receiving, and storage activities, while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Data entry for GXP documents and ERP transactions.
• Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and production staging.
• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment.
• Inspect and verify material, labels and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support SOPs, Scopes of Work, Training and cross functional projects.
• Operate radiation detection equipment.

Responsabilités

• Keep GMP records for materials and products received, stocked and shipped.
• Ensure labeling and timely delivery to couriers within site procedures.
• Participate in site projects including training and SOP development.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Lift up to 40 pounds as required.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies at all times.
