Job summary

Grifols Diagnostic Solutions in San Diego is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate II to handle temperature-controlled materials and ERP tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Primary shifts start between 5:00 and 6:30 AM. The role includes leading shipping/receiving activities, maintaining inventory integrity, and adhering to GMP guidelines while supporting cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or AA with related experience.
• 1–3 years in a fast-paced, high-demand environment; GMP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage temperature-controlled materials across multiple warehouse locations.
• Process ERP transactions in SAP.
• Lead shipping/receiving activities and coordinate material transfers.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
