Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, labeling, and selecting shipping methods to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

You will count and record goods, verify orders, and maintain ERP records in a clean, GMP-compliant facility. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years shipping/receiving experience, a valid PA driver’s license, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic MS Office skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontract shipments and track returns to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and process customer shipments with required documentation and labeling.
• Schedule pickups and manage freight carriers for on-time delivery.
• Assemble and package products according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Verify quantities and part numbers against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Maintain ERP records for shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
• Support cycle counts and audit inventory accuracy.
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA guidelines; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
