Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment and receipt of materials at our biotech manufacturing site. You will prepare domestic and international shipments, maintain shipping documentation, coordinate carriers, and safeguard temperature-sensitive products throughout transit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical-device, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of carrier systems, shipping documentation, packaging, and inventory transactions.
• Experience with international, temperature-controlled, or hazardous-material shipments preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate parcel, freight, expedited, and temperature-controlled shipments.
• Follow cold-chain, hazardous-material, and applicable DOT/IATA shipping requirements.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the ERP system.
• Communicate shipment delays, documentation issues, and material discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and inspection-ready shipping and receiving area.
