Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving professional to support logistics and production by handling incoming materials, staging for production, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role requires adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, entering data in AS400, and performing routine cycle counts. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to read English SOPs, schedules and manuals.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to certify and operate material handling equipment within 89 days.
• Must comply with FDA/DEA and local regulations for material transportation.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against Bills of Lading and POs for items, counts, and contents.
• Receive inventory and enter into AS400 or via scanning guns.
• Put away inventory; deliver non-inventory items to end users.
• Assist QA/QC by sampling materials and staging as required.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts; notify management of discrepancies.
• Maintain proper storage locations and electronic records for received materials.
• Operate warehouse management system and update batch records per procedures.
