Job summary

RxSource Limited in New Jersey is seeking a Production Room Lead to develop, implement and enforce policies ensuring safety and efficiency of production. The role requires experience with label applications across temperature ranges, strong data integrity for blinded production activities, and leadership for a GMP warehouse environment.

You will supervise packaging runs, coordinate with the warehouse team, maintain the production calendar, and ensure compliance with cGMP.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in GMP production.
• At least one year in a room lead role.
• Experience with Good Documentation Practices is required.
• Experience with different label applications at multiple temperature ranges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead secondary packaging runs and ensure quality.
• Set expectations for Production Associates and ensure compliance with RxSource procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations for resource allocation.
• Maintain production calendar and report staffing or capacity issues.
• Track packaging KPI and report updates to leadership.
• Support warehousing during low packaging volumes.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform postproduction transactions in ERP.
